OCI Associates provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design for an interior renovation and addition project at the Dr. P. Phillips YMCA in Orlando, Florida. The addition includes a 3,200 square foot multipurpose room and a 1,200 square foot bath house/gazebo. The existing main entry interior area and exterior are included in the renovations. The project includes a new heated 200 square foot zero entry pool and associated decking, new sewer storm water, and landscaping and irrigation upgrades. All the work was completed while YMCA Staff and members fully occupied the facility. The construction was phased around the facility’s operational requirements.
