OCI’s design team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services for renovation of the Bay Pines Veterans Affairs Regional Benefit Office located in St. Petersburg, Florida.
The second floor of Building 47 involved the redesign and conversion of a file room into office and call-center space. Building 46 of the facility involved a 50,000-square foot reroofing project and the design of a dehumidification system and HVAC system exhaust fan for the building.
