Superbay Fire Suppression Renovation

San Francisco International Airport

About this Project

The Superbay Hangar Fire Suppression System Renovation for the San Francisco International Airport is a complex multi-phased project that OCI currently has on the board. As Prime Consultant, our team is providing professional services to design an updated fire suppression system to replace the existing obsolete non-functioning system. The hangar is one of four in the nation that has room to park four 747 aircraft at the same time, and is shared by American Airlines and United-Continental Airlines for maintenance.

To execute the project our team is scheduling the work around the occupants daily work schedule. The coordinated approach plan will allow the tenants to continue using the Superbay hangar during the renovation process and will expedite the hangar fire suppression system getting back online.
