This is an extended stay, and guest suite hotel for Marriott. The six-story, 163,000 square foot hotel is developed on 4.03 acres of land located in the heart of Orlando’s entertainment district. It has 254 guest and resident suites, a breakfast area and bar, a zero-entry swimming pool, and 202 space parking lot. OCI’s team provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design services. The HVAC system includes a dedicated outside AHU and multiple DX split systems with air purification for outside air reduction. Each guest suite is fitted with a packaged terminal air conditioning unit, and each residence is fit with a package vertical air conditioning unit. The fire protection is a Class I manual standpipe system with a wet automatic fire sprinkler system.
