OCI’s design team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, IT/AV design, and fire protection engineering services for the 5,000-square foot remodel and 13,589 square foot expansion of Specialized Veterinary Services in Fort Myers. The first floor of the facility houses the medical services suites including, MRI & CT Suites, three surgery rooms, ten exam rooms, the reception and waiting area, and the physical therapy and treatment areas. The second floor houses the men and women’s locker rooms, open office space and individual offices, a training room, break room and storage spaces. The project was completed while the veterinary hospital remained operational.
