As a team member with Hoar Project Management(HPM), OCI Associates, Inc. is providing Program Management services for the renovation and redevelopment of the New York Mets spring training facility at First Data Field located in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
Our team participates and monitors the development of the architectural and engineering program of the project on behalf of St. Lucie County. Part of OCI’s involvement as Program Management will include providing comments on all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design documents; value engineering recommendations; and the Construction Management selection process.
