OCI Associates, Inc. provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and IT/AV engineering design for the renovation of Soldiers Creek Park, one of Seminole County’s oldest public parks. The new 25-acre facility now has six state-of-the-art natural turf fields that are 220 feet each. They will host women’s fast-pitch softball and youth baseball regular, practice and tournament games. One of the new fields is a designated stadium tournament field, and each has LED field lighting. The 3,500-square foot hospitality building has meeting spaces, offices, houses the concession area, and public restrooms. The new facility also has eight lanes of batting cages, bullpens, a maintenance building, a shaded pavilion, and a playground.
