OCI’s engineering team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and IT/AV engineering design for the newly developed 5-story Maitland Station Apartments. The 372,000 square foot building has 293 living units, a 1,689 square foot clubhouse, a 1,400 square foot fitness center, cyber café, mail room, business center, luxury pool, and a game lounge. A four level attached parking garage provides the residents with 420 parking spaces. The new apartment complex is strategically located adjacent to a SunRail station for ease of residence using the service to commute.
