OCI Associates, Inc. provided engineering design for the information technology and audio visual systems and the campus Central Energy Plant and Infrastructure at Polytechnic’s Lakeland, Florida campus. The main 160,000 square foot state-of-the-art Innovation, Science and Technology Building, is the cornerstone of the campus and houses classrooms, auditoriums, research and teaching labs, and offices for faculty and academic administrators. The project was designed by the world-renowned architect, Dr. Santiago Calatrava.
