Florida Atlantic University Student Union Renovation

Currently, in the design phase, this project’s scope includes site development; the design of a state-of-the-art 1,000 seat banquet facility; and renovation of approximately 13,000 square feet of the existing Student Union entry, lobby, and first-floor support spaces. The project will feature new plazas, exterior student gathering spaces and the new Live Oaks Pavilion with enhanced landscaping throughout the Student Union Complex. The design goal of the banquet hall is to provide maximum flexibility to accommodate various meeting room configurations and a variety of functions. The green initiative design and construction goal is a minimum of USGBC LEED® silver.
