OCI Associates provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design for a four-story Class A+ mid-rise office building. Located twenty minutes north of Orlando, Florida, the 108,190 square foot building includes 27,000 square feet of covered parking with 200 spaces, complete fiber optic telecommunications systems, 100% full power generator back-up and an Advanced Energy Management System.
