OCI’s team provided engineering services for a new one-story,2-bay fire station prototype. The 3,768 square foot dormitory includes nine bunk rooms, three full bathrooms, a day room, a full kitchen, an exercise room, and office space. The equipment area has equipment storage and decontamination areas and a 2,628 square foot 2-bay vehicle area. OCI has completed two fire stations using this prototype.
