Gables Station is a planned mixed-use development that is adjacent to the Village of Merrick Park and within walking distance to the Miami Metrorail in Coral Gables, Florida. Combined, buildings one and two will have 450 residential units and five levels of parking with a total of 1,000 parking spaces. Building three will be an executive extended stay hotel and have 66 residential units. The ground floor will have a total of 105,000 square feet of retail space. The project is expected to be completed in 2019 and is seeking USGBC LEED® Gold certification.
