OCI is providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services for a new 5,000 square foot terminal building which houses a lobby, customer service area, general office space, conference rooms, pilot lounge, training areas, and a flight planning room. The $5 million dollar project also includes a new 10,000 square foot maintenance hangar. As a point of interest, these two buildings have been designed to serve as an Emergency Staging area for Citrus County.
