Spring Hill Campus

Pasco-Hernando State College

About this Project

OCI Associates, Inc. provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, information technology and audio visual systems engineering design for Pasco-Hernando State College’s new Spring Hill Campus. The campus consists of seven buildings with a total of 100,000 GSF and serves over 1,400 students. The highlight of the Colleges new location is a 20,000 square foot library and media center with flex space and a testing center. Other buildings include the college store, conference center, technology and academic success center, administration offices, three science labs, six computer labs, facilities and maintenance buildings; a chiller plant, and other classrooms with related offices and storage space.

The first phase of the project design began in 2007, and through coordinated project team efforts a cost saving was achieved upon completion of Phase I. The College used these surplus funds to add campus parking in Phase II of the project and expand the chiller plant in Phase III.
