OCI Associates, Inc. was part of the design-build team of Sauer, Inc. and VOA Associates, Inc. for the new Echelons Above Brigade Barracks project at Fort Stewart in Georgia. The fast-track project involved four 17,000 square foot, three-story buildings totaling 68,000 gross square feet. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and AV/IT professional engineering services for this $21 million dollar project that was certified USGBC LEED® Silver in 2011.
