OCI Associates provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and IT/AV engineering design for a new learning center on Stetson University’s Deland Campus. The Rinker Environmental Learning Center is an extension of the Gillespie Museum that is located in the Sage Hall Science Center. The center houses Stetson University’s Department of Geography and Environmental Science and hosts conservation groups and Central Florida’s school groups. It is designed to educate the community on sustainable design and the importance of protecting natural resources and includes classrooms and exhibit space.
