OCI Associates provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and IT/AV engineering design for a new 8,000 square foot music hall on Stetson University’s Deland Campus. The Mary B. McMahan Hall is part of the expansion of the university’s School of Music by providing more teaching and rehearsal spaces. The building is adjacent to the Presser Hall School of Music building and is designed to complement plans for a future performance hall. The new facility includes a 200-seat rehearsal hall, faculty studios for one-on-one lessons, small instructional studios, a percussion studio, a band library and storage space for musical instruments and sheet music.
