Shane leads OCI’s Dallas, Texas branch office as a registered Mechanical Engineer. He serves Richardson Independent School District as the Project Manager for our new and current continuing services contract, in addition to providing mechanical engineering for over 90+ projects in government, federal, public safety, K-12 education, higher education, and multi-family clients.
