OCI provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and IT/AV engineering design for a historic elementary school built in 1927. The Tice Elementary School project was a full interior renovation and preservation of the historic exterior of the building. Additions to the school include a single-story building, a chiller plant building with service yard, a PE building, and a covered play area. The school remained in full operation during the entire design and construction process.
