OCI Associates provided full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and information technology/audio visual engineering design services for the new 65,000 square foot, four-story Monterey Medical Center office building located in Stuart, Florida.
The first-floor of the medical center provides a full range of services including emergency medicine, family medical services, occupational medicine and sports physicals. Tenants of the medical office building include pediatric physicians, orthopedic and surgical podiatrist, diagnostic centers, an urgent care clinic, general physicians, gastroenterology consultants, and chiropractic physicians.
