Hertz Corporation’s Global Headquarters is a three-story, 302,260 square foot facility with a combination of open office floor plans and executive offices, as well as, collaboration space, a cafeteria, a gym, a showroom, sales training center and telecommunications support spaces.
The project also included construction of a 5,000 square foot sales and rental center, a three-level, parking structure with 900 spaces and a massive, rooftop solar array, additional surface parking, and associated development work and roadway improvements to the 34-acre site.
OCI Associates provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design services for construction documents and construction administration services.
