OCI Associates, Inc. provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT/AV, fire protection and fire alarm engineering design for Brevard County’s prototype CCC Heritage High School.
The campus is comprised of eight concrete tilt-wall buildings and serves 2,384 students. There are three two-story classroom buildings, a gymnasium, an 869-seat auditorium, administration offices, cafeteria, and an enhanced hurricane protected area (EHPA) that is capable of withstanding Category 5 winds. The sports facilities include a football stadium, an area for track and field events, basketball and tennis courts, baseball and softball fields, and concessions stand.
