OCI Associates, Inc. worked with Gensler Architects in developing the new Christine E. Lynn University Center on Lynn University’s Boca Raton Campus. Once complete, the new 65,000 square foot facility houses a 24-hour dining hall, the university’s career center, the campus store, the Centers for Learning Abroad and Student Involvement, a coffee shop, and common areas. The third-floor space is designed to be a collaboration and flex space for students. Featured site plans include a green space and pedestrian walkways that will connect the entire campus. The University is seeking USGBC LEED® Gold Certification for the new building.
