OCI’s design team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and IT/AV engineering design for the Fountains at Falkenburg. This affordable senior living community is comprised of two-story townhome and apartment buildings with a total of 160 living units. The project also included the community’s large clubhouse and multipurpose building and activity center.
